The rugs will ship folded in a box, and the fold marks will disappear after a few days.

These rugs are made in the USA and are not machine washable. However, they are easy to care for. Shake out the rug in the sunshine for easy dirt removal and deodorizing. Do not pull loose fiber, but rather clip and remove loose ends with scissors. Blot spills and use a soft bristle brush for stains. Vacuum without beater bar. Do Not Machine Wash.

Shipped folded in a sturdy box, there may be some creasing. Initial creasing is normal, and the creases will fall out within a few weeks. To help eliminate the bumps, the manufacturer advises cross rolling; roll against the creases.
